Again it's been forever since I've decided to post on my blog . But LOOK ! the time has come ..... finally , right ? Okay so lately I've been doing solid colors on my nails when I decided to do a cheetah print. I figured hey why not do a different background so I decided to do a muticolored background. After I was done I found out it had be done many times and just referred to it as a Lisa Frank inspired design. I was sort of disappointed but hey what could I do ? I used a OPI's Ogre The Top Blue , Shorts Story , Who The Shrek are you , and an orange nail art color. Following that I just used my dotting tool to do the whole cheetah design. I just used black and white acrylic paints. It take much time to do but took forever to dry . I used about 2 layers of top coat and then voila ! I hope you guys enjoy . As always just ask questions if you have any ! (:

Oh hey look another snow day. These snow days seems to be the most convenient time for me to post blogs. Well anyways I took it upon myself to give my blog a new look you know spruce it up a bit. Right along with making those changes I thought that maybe I should post another blog. This particular nail art that you'll be seeing here is a pretty simple one. I used two OPI colors and acrylic paints in white and black . I also used a nail art brush in pink I also just used a dotting tool. Anyways this abstract design consists of three lines and black and white dots. This actually isn't a design of my own , I tried to recreate someone else's and it came out completely wrong but I still like it. I think for now on I'll just try and come on with my own stuff because I can never recreate anything but it always comes out better than I thought. The week I had this manicure I was in cosmo I received so many comments. I think I might do this more often just in a few different colors. Welp, that's it for now .I hope you like it & try it . Enjoy .

There was a snow day for me today so I figured I would post something new. This is another design before I had gotten acrylics. This is the most simple nail design you could do . It's just blue french tips highlighted by a silver line. After that I just put a little flower applique on the corner of the nails . That blue by the way is Ogre the Top Blue by OPI . I hope you enjoy (: Ask questions if have any . My apologies for the horrible picture in advance .

Okay so I'm finally going to get back on track with this nail blog. This design that I is just another abstract design. I used three basic colors ; green , blue , pink . Then I just accented the whole nail with some multi-colored lines and some white and black dots. I honestly don't know how I came up with this design ; but in the end I liked how it came out . I think this might be a design I'll do on a regular basis. This time in particular I did this design on my practice hand Chelsea ( haha , yea I named her.) But yea anyways I hope you enjoy this & if you have any questions feel free to ask .

Okay , so it's been almost a full month since I've posted something. I've definitely been slacking off on this here blog. Reasons , Reasons . For one I haven't really been doing much beside just one color . Also I just do the soo original zebra print , which everybody is doing so that's nothing to post. Following those things I've been really busy with school these days . I'm actually learning how to haircut this week so I haven't had time to do my nail anyways. But anyways I'm gonna skip the procedure & tools for now unless any of you have a question . That is if I have any followers which I probably don't . So basically these are just multi-colored nails with an abstract design , nbd . I was just watching some youtube videos & I was inspired by Miss80millon's abstract designs , so I decided to take make a design of my own. But anyways here are the nails ! Enjoy !

Just wanted to post up a picture of some of my practice work . This picture you will be seeing is of some fabrics wraps . My friend Alycia was my model . The picture isn't that good but I figure I need some posts . At any rate I used all OPI products .
Tools ;
OPI Resin
OPI Precut Future Fiberglass
OPI Scissors
Curette
Nail Tips
OPI Accelerator
OPI Bondaid
OPI NAS 99
Abrasives
Buffer Block
OPI Naill Oil
Mach 5 Nail Glue
Cuticle Dissolver
Nail Brush .
Procedure;
Okay , so if I was to do the whole fabric wrap nail procedure it would be a little excessive so I'll just give you some tips. What you need to do is prep the nail . After prepping the nail you need to use a fabric wrap system . Do not I repeat , do not mix products that aren't supposed to be used together . There could be allergic reaction or even fatal ones . If you look above at my tools , I used everything from OPI . Clarite also had a pretty impressive system . If you have any questions , or wanna see a full procedure . Please let me know (:
Enjoy ! Have Fun !

Okay so this is my nails before I destroyed them with acrylics . This was just a simple french tip lined with black .This took all of about 10 minutes to prep the nail & then 20 to do both hands.
Tools ;
Nails Magic Ridge Filler and Base Coat
OPI Ogre The Top Blue
OPI Who The Shrek Are You ?
OPI Purple With Purpose
Stripe Rite Black Stripers
Stripe Rite Sealer
OPI Bondaid
Procedure ;
- Wash your hands thouroughly.
- Soak them in water if need be for about 5 minutes.
- Push back your cuticle ( not your eponychium ( live skin) ) . You don't want any bacteria on or in the nail.
- Next you want to prime the nail by putting bondaid on each nail. This will dehydrate the nail . You can skip this step if need be .
- After letting the bondaid soak you want to put on your base coat.
- Next you let the base coat dry and you pick your desired colors.
- The first thing you want to do is determine you pattern . Mine went blue , green , then purple.
- So if you have a free edge ( part of the nail that extends over the skin of your fingertips) just simply follow the path of your free edge with the color. If no you can just simply make your own . You can make it as thin or thick as you want . And just follow whatever smile line you would like or make it straight across.
- After you do that on each nail then you would go back and do a second coat. This does not have to perfect.
- After you left the french tip dry you will need you nail art brush or whatever you desire to use.
- All you will have to do is make a thin line right under the free edge. Place you hand on a flat surface and play the striper one edge of the nail and rotate/turn your finger so you are not required to do any work.
- After you let this layer dry for about 20 minutes you just add a top coat & you're done.
Good Luck ! Enjoy !
